    There are no additional fees at Seacrest. We believe in transparent, all-inclusive pricing with no hidden costs or surprises.

  • Do you accommodate special diets or dietary restrictions?

    Yes. Seacrest is able to accommodate a variety of dietary needs and restrictions. Our culinary team prepares fresh meals daily and works with residents and families to address individual preferences, allergies, and physician-recommended diets whenever possible.

  • What is included in the all-inclusive pricing?

    Seacrest’s all-inclusive pricing covers meals, housekeeping, laundry, personal care assistance, medication management, daily activities, utilities such as cable and internet, and access to 24/7 care and security. 

  • Are visiting hours restricted?

    Seacrest offers unrestricted visiting hours so families and loved ones can visit when it’s most convenient for them, helping residents stay connected and supported.

  • What personal care support is available daily?

    Residents receive personalized assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and movement throughout the facility. Support is available 24 hours a day and tailored to each individual’s needs.

  • Are rooms furnished, and can residents bring their own items?

    Accomodations are fully furnished. Residents are also welcome to bring personal furniture, décor, and belongings to make their space feel just like home. 

  • What security measures are in place?

    Seacrest features a secure, 24-hour monitored building with state-of-the-art security systems and trained staff on site at all times to ensure resident safety. Wanderguard protection systems are also available if needed. 

  • Do you offer trial or respite stays?

    Yes. Seacrest offers short-term respite and trial stays for individuals who need temporary care or want to experience community living before committing to a longer stay.
